Spotted dolphins reach sexual maturity at 10-12 years. They live in tropical oceans worldwide and can be found around islands. Though not endangered, they are considered conservation dependent. Spotted dolphins eat fish and crustaceans. They form groups of 5-50 individuals and get their spots after maturity.
